I feel sad when I see people in love…
…With an idea.
It really twists my stomach. Here's why 👇:
I spoke with people who spent anywhere from 50K$ to 300K$ building their first product…
…Only to end up with nothing to show for it.
Their judgment suddenly was off.
If you ask a friend to buy a house from you for $100K, but then say:
→ The house is so remote that it’s a challenge to find it.
→ Nobody ever rented the house from you, so you don’t know if they’ll ever make money.
They’ll think you’re crazy.
But, when an entrepreneur starts working on his product...
→ Everyone tells them how great it sounds and how unique they are.
→ They’re in love with the idea they’re building something.
Until...
12 months later, they’re left with debt, a product that isn’t working, and no customers.
At this point, it’s money down the drain.
So, if you are working on a new SaaS venture, your job is to stay in the game as much as you can:
→ Plan on the plan not going how you imagined it.
→ Don’t go all in, and don’t take bets that can wipe you out.
It is more important to survive long enough to see another day.

This was a great post 10k founder! I honestly feel like that’s the mentality to have for any career field in life. As a writer myself, not giving up is what got me to where I am today. If you stop, you have zero chance of being successful.💪💪
